Our Story

Founded by Greg Mellington, Mellington Properties Sales & Development is a hands-on operator, working closely with developers to design and execute the best sales strategy suited for the location, developer’s brand, market conditions and target customers.

Greg is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry. His success story started in 2004 when he established a mortgage and finance business venture that ING Bank ultimately acquired in 2009. Greg went on to sell land, and house and land packages for Stockland between 2009 – 2012, where he coordinated the successful sale of 200+ land sales.

Since then, Greg Mellington has cemented himself as a market leader in property and development sales, an expert in developing and executing innovative sales strategies designed to meet the many different market conditions. He oversees the entire transaction from the onset up until the money is in your bank.

Giving Back

We believe every child deserves a fair go, and poverty is a cycle that can be broken with good education and mentoring. For this reason, we proudly support The Smith Family and their Learning for Life program in their mission to improve the educational outcomes of disadvantaged young Australians, empowering them to create a better future for themselves and our country.

Abroad, we support Business for Good (B1G1) in its objective to end the poverty cycle and make lasting change. We back programs that focus on providing education for people that could otherwise not afford to go to school. We also favor projects that provide funding and mentoring to family owned micro businesses. We believe these programs give families a fighting chance to change their lives for the better.
