The Cliftleigh Meadows Estate was sold over a successful eight-year service engagement. The project contains 900 house blocks, ranging from 450 to 2000 sqm.

Mellington was involved in facilitating the sale of the blocks across 16 stages from 2014 to 2022, targeting first-home buyers priced out of the Newcastle area.

The developer has done an excellent job of transforming an empty paddock into a predominantly owner–occupied suburb with fantastic amenities, a family-friendly atmosphere, and with a steady uplift in price.

The Pinnacle Estate is a small boutique development located in a desirable location of Fletcher, 30 – 35 minutes from the centre of Newcastle.

When Mellington first arrived, the land was an empty paddock under construction. It included only 55 house blocks ranging from 450 to 1800 sqm. These blocks came with challenges, including a significant slope, high bushfire rating, and mining subsidence.

Mellington made a sharp move, handpicking skilled builders to package up the sloping lots. By doing so, this strategy gave buyers certainty in price and enabled the developer to charge higher for their land. These blocks took 18 months to sell, which may seem like a long time, but you can only sell a land block once, and Mellington sold them for record prices at the time!

The Fletcher Green Estate is an ongoing development project by the Winten Property Group, located in the convenient and desirable suburb of Minmi, just 30 – 35 minutes from the centre of Newcastle.

The Estate, originally a paddock now a building site, is set to contain 3000 house blocks ranging from 450 to 2700 sqm across multiple stages.

Mellington is involved in selling the first stage of 100 blocks, which are currently available for purchase. At present, 60 of the 100 blocks have already been sold, setting several records for price in this suburb.

McFarlanes Rise is an off-the-plan development project in Chisholm, located just 40 – 50 minutes from the centre of Newcastle.

The developer has planned to build 80 house blocks over three stages, with land sizes ranging from 450 to 800 sqm. Construction has recently commenced.

Mellington is engaged in leading the sales, including tabling the sales strategy, working in with the vendors’ chosen marketing agency, and sales administration to help ensure this project is a success!
